As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to take full ownership of the listing process—from signing agreements with property owners to coordinating property photo shoots—and to drive the performance of villa sales across our portfolio. You will play a key role in growing our property listings while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure exclusive listing agreements with property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners
- Coordinate photo shoots and content creation with photographer and marketing team
- Oversee the onboarding process of new properties into our rental portfolio
- Monitor and analyze sales performance for all properties
- Collaborate with the marketing and reservations team to optimize pricing, visibility, and occupancy
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities
- Report directly to senior management on KPIs and business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, property management, or real estate
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Fluent in English; Greek and/or Russian is a plus
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel locally
