The nearby Ayios Elias Church, perched on a granite hilltop with over 150 steps, offers a fun mini-adventure and spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean—especially beautiful when lit up at night. The villa is just a short stroll to local shops and around 12 minutes on foot to the lively main strip of Protaras, where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and family-friendly beaches like Fig Tree Bay. With window shutters and good privacy, Sunset Villa provides a safe and spacious outdoor area ideal for children to play while parents relax. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a traditional Cypriot barbecue set in a mature garden. Inside, the villa feels like a true home away from home, with an open-plan layout combining a bright living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—complete with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, and a large breakfast table. The lounge includes a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, and Wi-Fi—great for downtime after a day at the beach. The dining table seats six, and a convenient guest WC is nearby.
