With views of the sea, all-day sunshine, and just a 5-minute walk from sandy local beaches, this villa is perfectly suited for families seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. The outdoor area offers plenty of privacy, surrounded by a mature garden. A wooden pergola provides shade over the comfortable seating area, making it ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing by the private swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a BBQ, and the property includes gated off-road parking for added convenience. Spread across two levels, the villa’s ground floor is open-plan, with a spacious living area featuring two cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and access to over 1,000 international channels via Satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing family meals, while a spacious WC on this floor adds extra convenience. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, blackout blinds, air conditioning, and access to a private veranda. The second bedroom, with two single beds, also includes all the essentials for a restful stay. The Kapparis area is rich with amenities, including a variety of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, and water sports, ensuring guests have plenty to explore nearby.
