Managing My Booking

How do I add extras to my booking?

From car hire to airport pickup, you can add all extras to enhance your holiday experience. Simply login to your Guest Account and add the desired extras to your cart.

What should I pack for my stay?

All bedroom linen, bathroom towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Cyprus uses Type G plugs (three rectangular pins), so bring travel adaptors. Summer temperatures range 21-40°C.

How do I manage my booking?

Through your Guest Account you can make payments, request cancellation, add passport details, flight information, and extras like car hire or transfers.

During My Stay

The WiFi isn't working

Check the villa documents for updated password. If your device can't connect, locate the router and verify it's on. Contact us on +357 23740053 during office hours.

There's an issue with the pool

If you can't see the pool bottom, don't use it until checked. Report any pool problems immediately on +357 23740053.

I have an issue with the keys

Key box won't open: Scramble numbers, re-enter code ensuring alignment, firmly press black button. Door won't open: Sharply pull door toward you while turning key. Locked out: Call Emergency Helpline.

Air conditioning isn't working

Check power lights, set to snowflake (cool) mode, adjust temperature, verify main switch is on, check fuse box.
